You meet the most interesting people in the National Parks

One of the best parts of this “job” — technically, we’re Volunteer in Parks volunteers — is meeting really interesting people.

The other day we met Charlotte, who pedalled into the campground with her partner around 6pm, hoping to get a campsite.

They’ve pedalled over 9,000 km in the past 9 months since leaving Argentina. Over 9,000 km! For 9 months!! From Argentina!!!

They stayed 2 nights, and hiked on their rest day. Then it was back on the bikes, heading to New York City, then home to France.
